A strategy that considers specific aspects of the design that may affect the buildability or logistics of constructing a project, or may affect health and safety aspects. The Construction Strategy comprises items such as cranage, site access and accommodation locations, reviews of the supply chain and sources of materials, and specific buildability items, such as the choice of frame (steel or concrete) or the installation of larger items of plant. On a smaller project, the strategy may be restricted to the location of site cabins and storage, and the ability to transport materials up an existing staircase.'

"Rom and paul were commissioned to build an extension (bedroom en suite and walk-in wardrobe). Also creating a garden room by demolishing an existing wall, plus the building of a BBQ area.
Paul was instrumental in managing the building work. Offering excellent ideas and choices of good quality materials to create rooms sympathetic to our property. Aperiod cottage (some rooms dating back to the early 1800s). "I have been working with Yorke Construction for some time on the renovation of a large Grade ll listed building which needed significant modernisation.
The works have included underfloor heating, structural work, restoration of the roof, reconfiguring rooms, new bathrooms, insulation throughout, bathrooms, kitchen, windows and roof lights. Due to the nature of the building and often difficult phasing of the work it has ben imperative to work with a company who have committed to provding a certain level of quality in terms of workmanship and delivery.
